Policies & Fine Print
Deposit: 50% deposit due at time of booking. Remainder due the day service begins.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance forfeit the 50% deposit (with exceptions for verifiable emergencies).
Rush Fee: Same-day bookings require a +$20 surcharge.
Holidays: Bookings during peak holidays incur a 25% surcharge.
